This June marks one year since we opened the doors. It started as a space I wanted to move in myself, in the place I grew up and had once again begun to call home. Twelve months on, it's become a safe place to land for many more of us, and home has come to feel more like home because of it.
Our Summer Social is a chance to celebrate everyone who's been part of Sojourn this year, whether you've joined us for one class or a hundred. The community we've found here is something we will never take for granted.
And if you haven't visited yet, you're welcome here too. Come and get a feel for our classes, give your nervous system the rest it's been asking for, and share an açai bowl with us.

45-minute outdoor mat Pilates class with our Sojourn Pilates Lead Instructor.
A balanced, full-body mat class held outside at The Red Admiral. Designed to reconnect you with your body and offer just enough challenge, it’ll be an energising start to your morning, preparing you for the nervous system workshop to come. Whether you're new to Sojourn, to Pilates, or to movement altogether, you're welcome here. Bring your mat and join in as much as feels right on the day.
Usually in the studio on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, Jess is known in equal measure for her spice and her encouragement.

Come back home to you with Sophie
A nervous system reset with guest teacher and Master NLP Coach, Sophie French.
Our nervous systems are constantly responding to the demands of daily life, and most of us are running on low-level stress without realising it. In this workshop, Sophie uses a blend of EFT tapping, NLP and guided visualisation to help your body shift out of fight-or-flight and into deep rest.
Accessible for everyone, no experience needed. You'll leave feeling grounded, open and like yourself again.
Sophie French is a Master NLP Coach, subconscious mind expert and author whose work sits at the intersection of neuroscience and nervous system healing. She helps women come home to themselves from the inside out.

Refuel with Açai
Nourish your body with a colourful, nutrient-packed açai bowl.
After class, brunch is served from a cart set up in the garden, with each bowl built by hand. Choose açai or yoghurt, layered with seasonal fruit, granola and considered toppings to finish. Yours is included with your ticket. Family and friends can buy theirs from the bar until 13:00.
Founded in the West Midlands in 2024, Glow Bowls Co. travel to wellness events across the UK, building each bowl fresh on the day.

For our Summer Social, we're taking over the garden at The Red Admiral, our local pub in Broughton Astley. Two minutes from the Sojourn Pilates studio, ten from Lutterworth and Narborough, twenty from Leicester city centre.
